My recent stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton Norfolk Airport was a mixed experience. Despite the clean and spacious room with a full-size fridge and comfortable bed, there were some disappointments. the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, struggling to handle a large crowd and pet-friendly policy without much empathy. On the positive side, the front desk staff was accommodating around the clock, the room amenities felt like home with a cute kitchen and wall thermostat, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. the hotel's facilities like the indoor pool, free WiFi, and business center were convenient for my work needs. Despite the minor issues, the overall experience at Home2 Suites was pleasant, offering a blend of comfort and functionality for both work and relaxation.
